An open-book marketing agency
Most agencies hide the work.
We put it in a book you can open.
Glassbook runs your marketing and writes down every task as it happens: what was done, who approved it, what it changed. You read the book. You own every account. You stay month to month.
No call required. The audit is a private page with findings and fixes, free.
Who it’s for
Every business has one number. We’re measured on yours.
Not impressions, not reach. The number that pays your bills. We agree on it in week one, and it’s the first line of every Friday scorecard.

Something else?
If your business has a number, we can be measured on it.
The audit tells you what we’d move first, and whether we’re the right fit. Numbers above are example weeks.

Why businesses fire their agency
It’s rarely the price. It’s not knowing what you’re paying for.
Only 29% of marketers say they highly trust their agency. What separates them from the rest is one thing: transparency.
ANA survey, 400+ client-side marketers, 2019
I can’t see what they did this month.
The work happens somewhere else. You get a call and a slide deck.
The report is numbers that don’t pay my bills.
Impressions, reach, engagement. Not appointments, not jobs, not meetings.
If I leave, I lose everything.
The ad account, the website, the email list, all in their name. A twelve-month contract on top.
In writing, in every contract
Four promises you can check
01
You see every task
Nothing goes out without a person approving it, and the approval sits in your book with a time and a name.
02
You own every account
Google, Meta, your website, your email list. Opened in your name. We’re added as users and can be removed in a click.
03
Month to month
A 90-day start, then month to month. Leaving takes one email. Nothing to hand back, because it was always yours.
04
No markup on ad spend
You pay Google and Meta directly from your own account. We never touch the money, so we never profit from spending more of it.
How it works
Audit, plan, scorecard. Every week after that, the book.
1
Free audit
We check your Google listing, your reviews against nearby competitors, your homepage, and your mobile speed. You get a private page with what we found and how to fix it. No call needed to receive it.
2
90-day plan
One goal, one number, and a written plan you approve before anything starts. We open the accounts in your name and set up your book.
3
Weekly scorecard
Every Friday: your number, what we did, what changed, what’s next. Built from the book, not written for the meeting.
The free audit
What you receive, before any call
A private page, built from public information about your business. Findings first, fixes next to them.
If nothing’s wrong, it says so. If something is, you can fix it yourself with what’s on the page, or ask us to.

Reviews
52
Nearby typical ~310
Mobile load
6.1s
Google recommends under 2.5s
Far fewer reviews than nearby contractors
52 reviews against about 310 for similar companies within 10 miles. Homeowners compare these before they call.
Fix: ask every customer after the job, automatically, and reply to every review.
No way to request service online
The site says “call us.” At 9 p.m. with a broken AC, people book whoever answers online.
Fix: add a request form and online scheduling, and turn on the booking button on your Google listing.
Slow on phones
6.1 seconds to load on mobile. Most visitors leave after 3.
Fix: compress the images, remove unused scripts, move to faster hosting.
No tracking on the site
No analytics and no ad pixel. Nobody can tell which calls came from which ad.
Fix: install both, and track calls by source, before spending another dollar on ads.
Pricing
On the page, where it belongs
No setup fee. No markup on ad spend. A 90-day start, then month to month.

Before you call
Questions people ask first
How soon will I see something?
Replies to inquiries and ad changes: week one. Reviews and your Google listing: weeks. Search rankings: months, and the plan says so up front instead of promising otherwise.
Is the work done by AI?
AI drafts and does the repetitive parts. A person reviews and approves before anything is sent or published, and the book shows who approved what. Anything that spends money is always a human decision.
What if I want to leave?
After the first 90 days, send one email. Your accounts were opened in your name, so there’s nothing to transfer and nothing to lose.
Do I have to change my website or tools?
No. We work inside the accounts and tools you already have. If something should change, it goes in the plan with the reason, and you decide.
What does the free audit check?
Your Google listing, your reviews compared with similar businesses nearby, your homepage, and how fast it loads on a phone. You get a private page with findings and fixes within one business day.
Who will I actually talk to?
One person owns your account, approves every task in your book, and answers your messages. Not a rotating team. You’ll meet them on the audit call.
Who’s behind Glassbook
Glassbook was built by a founder who ran a business, hired agencies, and couldn’t tell what they did all month. So this company runs on a system where every task is written down as it happens, nothing goes out without a person approving it, and the client can read all of it. It’s small by design: one accountable person runs your account, and you’ll meet them on your audit call.
Free, private, no call
